TemiNest connects families with verified care professionals and facilitates the booking, delivery and management of care services.

2. Bookings and payments

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Quotations are indicative until confirmed following an assessment.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Invoices and receipts are available in your account.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to treat our care professionals with respect.

You must not misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent our verification and safety processes.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations and changes are subject to our booking policy. Please contact your Care Coordinator as early as possible.

5. Liability

We take every reasonable step to deliver safe, high-quality care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
